Konventionen

Ordnerstruktur

  1. Wählen Sie einen Ordner für Installationsdateien und Konfigurationen in einem durch jeden PC/Benutzer zugänglichen Laufwerk (Freigabe). Bei Einzelplatzanwendungen wählen Sie "C:\Users\Public\Documents".
  2. Führen Sie in dem ausgewählten Ordner folgende DOS-Befehle an der Eingabeaufforderung/Terminal zur Erzeugung der Dateistruktur aus:

    mkdir LMT
    mkdir "LMT\Certificates"
    mkdir "LMT\Install"
    mkdir "LMT\Log"
    mkdir "LMT\Modules"
    mkdir "LMT\Deploy\Email Plus"
    mkdir "LMT\Deploy\Email Plus\Config"
    mkdir "LMT\Deploy\Legal Actions"
    mkdir "LMT\Deploy\Legal Plus\BuildingBlocks"
    mkdir "LMT\Deploy\Legal Plus\Config"
    mkdir "LMT\Deploy\Legal Plus\Macros"
    mkdir "LMT\Deploy\Legal Plus\Templates"
    mkdir "LMT\Deploy\PDF Plus"
  3. Der Ordner "LMT\Log" benötigt auf Benutzerebene Schreibrechte.

Ordner/Zweck

LMT ROOT-Ordner.Enthält Powershell 5 Skriptdateien für die direkte Anwendung oder zum Integrieren in Startup- und Login-Batchdateien.
LMT\Certificates Enthält das Zertifizierungsstellenzertifikat CA von Le Mot. Das Zertifikat dient der Authentifizierung der Installationspakete und Makrodateien von Le Mot.
LMT\Install Sämliche erforderlichen Installationspaket (*.exe-,*.msi-,*.msp-Dateien).
LMT\Log Reportdateien, die während der Ausführung der Skriptdateien angelegt werden. Sie dokumentieren den Ablauf der Installation.
LMT\Modules Powershell 5 Module (Bibliothek).
LMT\Deploy Konfigurationsdateien.
LMT\Deploy\Email Plus Optional. Konfigurationsdateien für Microsoft Outlook Addin Le Mot-Tools Email Plus.
LMT\Deploy\Email Plus\Config Optional. Konfigurationsdateien (*.xml-Datei) Le Mot-Tools Email Plus.
LMT\Deploy\Legal Actions Optional. Konfigurationsdateien (*.xml-Dateien) des Microsoft Word Addins 'Le Mot-Tools Legal Actions'.
LMT\Deploy\Legal Plus Optional. Konfigurationsdateien (*.config-,*.xsd-, *.dotx-, *.dotm-Dateien) des Microsoft Word Addins 'Le Mot-Tools Legal Plus'.
LMT\Deploy\Legal Plus\BuildingBlocks Inhalts- und Anlagenverzeichnisse (*.dotx-Dateien).
LMT\Deploy\Legal Plus\Config Optional. Konfigurationsdatei(en) (*.config-Datei) für Le Mot-Tools Legal Plus, Dokumentvorlagenzuordnungen, Kurztastenbelegung.
LMT\Deploy\Legal Plus\Macros Optional. Makrodatei(en) (*.dotm-Datei) für Le Mot-Tools Legal Plus.
